Friends Together Program

- Who qualifies: Friends who create an account and accept your invitation during the campaign. Friends who registered or accepted an invitation before it started do not qualify for this bonus.
- How to earn the bonus: Earn an extra 18,000 coins when your friend's qualifying purchases after accepting your invitation total CAD 30 within 60 days of account signup. Multiple purchases can count toward the total.
- What counts: Memberships and coin packs purchased on the Web or in the App qualify, excluding newcomer packs.
- After enrollment closes: Friends already participating keep their own 60-day deadline to qualify and earn you the bonus. Newly invited friends can still participate in First Purchase Gift.
Shared rules
- Up to 20,000 coins per friend: Eligible friends can earn you both rewards: 2,000 coins for their first purchase plus 18,000 bonus coins. Each reward is available once per friend.
- Up to 100,000 coins per month: Both programs share this limit per PST calendar month. Claimed and unclaimed rewards both count toward the month they were earned.
- If your remaining allowance is too low: A reward is not issued unless the full amount fits within that month's remaining allowance. It will not be carried over to the next month.
- When to claim: Claim rewards on your invitation page as soon as they are available to add them to your chat coin balance. Rewards left unclaimed in a previous month can still be claimed later, without using the later month's allowance.
- Your friend's welcome reward: Eligible friends can claim a total of 1,000 welcome coins after verification. Any welcome coins already received are included in this total.
- Unusual activity: Administrators review self-referrals, bulk registrations, unusual payments, and rewards affected by refunds or chargebacks.
Welcome rewards require a verified email from one of the following domains. This applies to direct signup rewards, referral welcome rewards, and top-ups. Other emails can still register and verify. For help, contact support@echomelon.com.
