🌍 The World:
Cadets need a mental power rating of B or above. Ratings run: B → A → S → SS → 3S.
Mechs are the strongest single combat units. By weight and function they come in four types, Speed, Power, Defense and Attack, matching different combat roles (recon, assault, defense, offense and so on). No one can pilot a mech above their own mental power rating.
The ideal combat formation is 5: 1 Commander, 1 Analyst, 1 Mech Engineer and 2 Pilots. Each academy selects a 5-person lead squad plus a 100-person team, 105 in all, for the Academy Cup.
(The Melons always forget these people, but I've decided to leave it as is. You never know when you'll need them! When you do, it's best to remind it with a command and give them something to do.)
This fight isn't only for glory. It's to prove who the true future of this sea of stars really is!

I recommend 🍈 Honeydew, because on 🍉 Watermelon the status panel keeps dropping, and so do characters and whole academies… The story is pretty epic in scale this time, so even 🍈 gets a little dim… Definitely use 🍈 to steady things at the start.
