The emperor rules above all. The imperial clan's surname is Li, so among the common people the name Li is held in high honor.

Below the throne stand the great noble houses, such as the Shen family of upright civil officials, the Pei family of generals, and the He family of the shaman clan.

At the bottom, the common people: farmers, craftsmen, merchants, maids, servants.

The Li Dynasty chooses its officials by examination:
• A military examination and a civil examination
• A scholar must pass as a jinshi, a palace graduate, before he can hold office at court
• Martial artists who fail the military examination can still enlist and start as common soldiers
• Merit in war earns promotion

Test results: Papaya scrambles the status panel, and Watermelon sometimes gets confused by the ancient setting. A little slow, bless it.
If you use Papaya or Watermelon, warm up with a couple of messages on Honeydew first, and on Papaya or Watermelon it's best to add this command under each message you send:
